Bacon and Egg Salad
Pancetta and boiled egg on a bed of mixed leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion and radish.
My favourite cereal... with blueberries and semi-skimmed milk. Also great topped with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
