About Me

Having danced from a young age, I've always been interested in keeping healthy whilst enjoying the exercise and social side that comes along with sport.
Throughout junior and senior school I often played team sports (football, netball and rounders), and later decided to study PE as one of my GCSE subjects. After A-Levels I attended Performers College on their Pre-Vocational course, in which I completed an intensive year studying dance and theory, and fell more in love with the idea of fitness alongside dance and how well they fit together.
After completing my Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and ISTD Disco Freestyle Qualifications, I then felt ready to share my knowledge and love for both dance and sport with others. I set up AJR Personal Trainer as a way to meet like-minded people, and make fitness as enjoyable as possible.

More recently I have completed Module 1 Acrobatic Arts, Module 1 & 2 Alixa Flexibility, Hatton Boxing Fundamentals and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Qualifications to focus in further on safe practice and technique within training in order for clients to get the best out of their sessions.
