During October 2020, 8 of my clients took part in the Runner's Programme - all working at different levels based on their running experience. All clients improved their running technique, whilst others excelled in their speed and distance during their runs! With this in mind, I have now made the programme available to anyone who would like to try improving their running for themselves. The newer version of the programme includes a 4 or 6 week run plan (either way, 12 runs in total), plus 4 stretch classes and a 10-minute video that includes running tips and strengthening exercises to help with injury avoidance!
