Class Schedule

Classes that I teach each week - currently via Zoom.

Classes can be joined live, or requested for recording and used up to 3 days after the original class time.

Please note that 24 hours notice should be given where possible to ensure a class can be recorded - anything less than this may mean that your class might not be recorded. 

 

No refunds are given for classes.

 

A minimum of 3 participants are required for classes otherwise it may be cancelled.

WORKSHOP - STRENGTH, MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY

A deeper look into bodyweight strengthening, and new stretch techniques to further improve your flexibility and mobility across the whole body. Spaces are limited to please book early to avoid disappointment.

Cameras must be on, as individual feedback will be given to each participant within the class.

Mat, yoga block(s), a chair and stretch band are suggested but can be substituted if needs.

Workshop classes will NOT be recorded.

£7 for one person, or £12 for two or more people in one household.

Class run time 1 hour.

MARCH CHALLENGE - DON'T LOSE MOTIVATION!

Keep yourself moving this March with AJR's March Challenge - sometimes it only takes 10 minutes each day to maintain momentum on your fitness journey - this plan provides some inspiration on how to get moving each day. 

£15 for the challenge, including four Saturday classes (live or recorded), or upgrade to £25 to include four more classes of your choice!

Charity Donations

From December 2020, I have chosen to donate one class out of each month to a local charity. It has been evident through this pandemic that many people have needed extra help - mentally and physically - and unfortunately in some cases people have lost their jobs, whilst charities have seen a dip in their donations. It is for these reasons that I have chosen to donate to a different charity each month for as long as my Zoom classes may continue, since I feel very lucky that my work has been able to continue. So far, I have donated to Mind Charity and St Francis Hospice, but if you have any other requests for charities please get in touch! AJR x
